FWC throws out UWU costs claim against staff union
The FWC has rejected a UWU costs claim against a staff union representing organisers it sacked after their involvement in pay negotiations on behalf of Queensland public school teacher aides and cleaners, just as the Crisafulli Government says it has reached a "landmark" in-principle deal covering the workers.
