Fortescue facing s-x discrimination class action
A law firm has filed a s-x discrimination and s-xual harassment class action in the Federal Court today against Fortescue, alleging that workers over the past 20 years have experienced s-xual discrimination and assault, and when they complained, the company retaliated.
