Employers seek five annual leave changes, the ACTU one

Employer organisations have lodged submissions in support of the five annual leave clauses they want inserted in modern awards, while the ACTU has asked the FWC to approve a clause clarifying that termination payments have to include what employees would have received had they taken the leave they are owed.
