Details released of draft non-compete laws
The Albanese Government's draft legislation to outlaw post-employment restraints will amend the Competition and Consumer Act's cartel framework and introduce civil and criminal penalties for breaches, alongside changes to the Fair Work Act to outlaw non-compete clauses.
