Don't deter unions from "robust pursuit" of justice: Court
A judge has warned that the "spectre of costs" must not deter unions from pursuing workers' genuine grievances, finding the AMIEU not liable for the legal bill of a company accused of withdrawing a job offer because it made inquiries on a candidate's behalf.
