Court smokes vape employer for wage theft
A court has criticised a vaping company for its "contemptuous disregard for workplace laws" and ordered it to pay more than $37,000 in penalties for exploiting a temporary visa worker by requiring him to pay back a a portion of his salary under a "cashback" arrangement.
