Court permits weight-loss surgeon to beef-up $17M claim
The Federal Court is allowing a weight loss surgeon behind a $17 million adverse action and breach of contract case to amend his claim to include alleged contraventions of Queensland legislation, rejecting submissions by his employer and colleagues that it lacks power.
