Court halts CBA's individual contracts strategy

The Federal Court has restrained the Commonwealth Bank from offering AWAs, after finding the FSU had an arguable case that the bank had breached the WR Act by coercing the union and inducing its 23,000 award employees to accept the individual contracts.
