Two leading workplace academics have told the national inquiry into sexual harassment that OHS laws should be reformed to provide the basis for "pro-active and collective action" to protect workers, in league with substantial penalties for culpable employers, while they are also calling for the expansion of hate speech laws to target harassment via social media.
