Cartwright FOA breach attracts tiny proportion of maximum fine

The Federal Court has valued a serious freedom of association breach by former Telstra ER director Rob Cartwright at just $1.70 - 0.02% of the maximum $10,000 penalty - for each of the 44,000 affected employees.
