Bank dismissal unfair due to own policy breach: IRC

ANZ Bank has lost an appeal against a decision that it unfairly dismissed a long-serving worker for serious misconduct, after an IRC full bench upheld a ruling that it had failed to adhere to its own disciplinary policies.
