AMWU claims sackings discriminatory

Shelving manufacturer Metro Products unlawfully discriminated against 66 employees when it sacked them for reasons including their union membership and agitation for better conditions, the AMWU alleges in a Federal Court interlocutory FOA claim to be heard on Thursday.
