Air traffic operator risked passengers' safety: Judge
The Federal Court has fined government-owned Airservices Australia $70,000 and delivered a stinging rebuke for risking the safety of plane passengers and air traffic controllers by yet again failing to comply with consultation requirements in its agreement.
