ACTU, BCA back simpler BOOT

Ahead of tomorrow's jobs summit, the ACTU and BCA have agreed on a set of principles and policy ideas, including simplifying the BOOT, raising the federally-funded parental leave payment from 18 to 26 weeks, establishing an independent energy transition authority and "rebalancing" migration toward more permanency.
