$25,000 payout for humiliation of sexual harassment

A tribunal has ordered a takeaway shop and its male owner-manager to pay a 16-year-old female sales assistant $25,000 in general damages for hurt, humiliation, loss of dignity and injury arising from sexual harassment and discrimination she suffered at his hands.
